Training on the sensory evaluation of broccoli organised by FIBL and PSR

At the beginning of August 2019, the BRESOV partner institutions "Research Institute of Organic Agriculture (FiBL)" and "ProSpecieRara (PSR)" organised a training on the sensory evaluation of broccoli. This was followed by the organoleptic assessment of a selection of BRESOV's WP5 broccoli varieties last week.
